This notice explains what happens to your details when you visit this website, and when you send us a message through its contact form.
Who is responsible
Kischla, a branding agency in Istanbul, runs this website and is responsible for the details you send through it.
What we collect
Through the contact form, only what you type into it: your name, your email address, your company or brand if you add one, the services you tick and your message. We also record the date and time you sent it, and that you agreed to this notice.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to read your enquiry and reply to it.
Where it's kept and who sees it
Your message is saved on a server we rent from our hosting company, Hostinger. The server is in Düsseldorf, Germany, and its backups are kept in France. Because the server is outside Türkiye, ticking the box on the contact form also means you agree to your message being kept there. On the website, messages can only be opened with Kischla's password, and only Kischla reads them.
How long we keep it
We keep your message until we've replied to it and Kischla deletes it. Nothing deletes it automatically.
Stopping spam
To stop spam, the form accepts up to five messages an hour from one connection. For this, it keeps a scrambled code made from your connection's address, with the times of recent messages. It doesn't keep the address itself, and records more than an hour old are deleted the next time someone sends a message or Kischla opens its messages.
Your rights
Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK), you can ask whether we hold details about you, what they are and why we use them, and ask us to correct or delete them. Send us a message on Instagram and we'll reply.
Visits, cookies and analytics
When you visit this website, our hosting company, Hostinger, keeps the usual server records of each visit: your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for and basic details about your browser. The delivery network Hostinger runs in front of the site keeps the same kind of records. Hostinger processes them to run the site, and the website itself has no tool that reads them. How long they're kept is set by Hostinger.
The pages you visit set no cookies. There's no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking code here, and no embedded content such as videos or maps. Fonts and images load from our own server.
The only cookie belongs to the private area Kischla uses to manage the site, and it's set only there. It keeps a sign-in open and is deleted when the browser closes.
Links to Instagram, Behance and other sites take you to pages run by those companies, under their own privacy rules.
